Clients who wish to withhold permission must:

Inform us in writing before the booking is confirmed
Accept a Content Use Waiver Fee, which may reflect a slight price increase to cover the restrictions imposed on our usage rights

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

We may use AI tools (such as image generators) to create promotional graphics, artistic interpretations, or sample content to advertise our services. These images are either original creations or composites not based on client likeness unless express permission is granted.

AI-generated content does not use or mimic client faces, body types, or private information without consent
These creations are solely for marketing, educational, or artistic demonstration purposes and are tagged accordingly

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share client data with third parties except:

When using trusted service providers (e.g., cloud storage, printing partners)
When legally obligated to disclose information
When clients request referrals or collaborations with affiliates

5. Copyright and Ownership

Clients retain personal rights to their ordered images/videos
Keyame Media retains creative ownership and promotional rights unless a written agreement states otherwise
Raw files remain the property of Keyame Media unless paid for separately
